| Once the list is open
you can quickly move to the section of the list you want by typing
the first letter of the name you want. Typing a 'P' will move
you to the first entry beginning with 'P'. You may then find
it easier to use the Down and Up arrow on you keyboard
to move through the list and 'Enter' to select it.
